About Us
Geo Millenium System (GMS) is software and map development company providing state of the art technology solutions and products, within the niche sectors of Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Spatial and Map Technologies, Location Based Services (LBS), and Mobile Wireless Communication. Established in 1997 and based in SINGAPORE, the company has steadily progressed in providing a diverse range of system solutions, applications and map databases across a wide range of industries.
With more than 18 years of experience behind its founders and having a small core technology team of software developers and GIS engineers, GMS has played an instrumental role in the design, development and implementation of system solutions for the transportation and logistics sector(s) and government and defense sector(s).
GMS owns and maintains a very detailed and comprehensive digital map database of Singapore, which includes the most up to date Postal Code Address Points and reproduction of street level and Road Network that enables accurate turn-by-turn routing and guidance (navigation).
GMS’ illustrious list of clientele include ; Comfort Delgro (Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd., CityCab Pte. Ltd. and SBS Transit), Google (Google Maps Singapore), Defense Science Technology Agency (DSTA), Canon Singapore, Singapore Power (SP Power Assets), Transnational Supply Chain Logistics Pte. Ltd., Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS – Airport Emergency Service) and Nippon Express (S’pore) Pte. Ltd.
In the past years GMS has partnered and jointly collaborated with companies like Hewlett Packard – HP Mobility Solutions Group, Singapore Post, Centre for Remote Imaging Sensing and Processing (NUS CRISP), Siemens VDO – Automotive and TeleAtlas (now, TomTom) to bring about the deployment of large scale system solutions and integration projects.
GMS recognises the importance and need for more robust applications within the transportation and location based services, thus leveraging on its R&D team and harnessing the Geographical Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems(GPS) technologies, GMS aims to provide the next generation navigation platform for Singapore

Development and launch of the first commercial digital map database of SINGAPORE. Development and launch of the RoadPilot Transit CDROM (in collaboration with TransitLink Pte. Ltd.). |

Collaboration with SiemensVDO and TeleAtlas (now TomTom) for the creation of the first digital navigational map database of SINGAPORE. Collaboration with Hewlett Packard for the creation of the RoadPilot Electronic Street Directory. |

Development and launch of the first navigational map database of SINGAPORE to be used within the BMW and SiemensVDO Dayton Navigation Systems. |

Development and launch of the RoadPilot PRO (PPC) software application. Implementation of the RoadPilot In-Vehicle Map Application for 5,500 CityCab and Comfort Transportation Taxis. |
